Food Pantry

We provide supplementary food for those in need. Simply phone the church office or have your pastor phone us at 718 375-8184.  Leave a message on the answering machine for June Prestino and someone will get back to you. We are connected with the Brooklyn Council of Churches food pantry services.

Habitat for Humanity

We are partnering with Habitat for Humanity to raise money or locate volunteers to work on their construction projects in the hope of raising public consciousness for the need for affordable housing for all people.  At our fundraiser on March 14th, we raised $1200.00 for Habitat.  That money will be matched up to $800.00 by Thrivent for Lutherans.

Seniors

On the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month from 12:00 noon to 3:00 we host a seniors program called Good Fellowship.  Our participants enjoy conversation with each other, as well various card games and refreshments are served. Good Fellowship is open to the entire community.
